Tony Gonzales is originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, and received his law degree from Arizona State University, College of Law. Tony has been practicing law in Flagstaff for the last six years. His practice areas include real estate and business law, civil litigation, personal injury and family law. He also practices criminal and immigration law. Tony has been an Adjunct Professor in the College of Business at Northern Arizona University and Coconino Community College.
Tony has a tremendous amount of legal experience. Before starting his own practice, he was an associate at several law firms in Flagstaff, Phoenix and Albuquerque. In law school, he externed for the Honorable Redfield T. Baum of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Susan R. Bolton of the U.S. District Court and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. He was also a Congressional Intern for the Honorable Robert Underwood in Washington, D.C. and the Honorable Ed Pastor in Phoenix, Arizona. Finally, he served as a Legislative Intern for the Arizona and New Mexico House of Representatives.

Matthew J. Poirier relocated to Flagstaff in 2006 from Tucson, where he received his law degree from the University of Arizona in December of 2003. He has been a member of the Arizona Bar since October of 2006 and his focus is on criminal and immigration law. Matt also practices civil rights, and also enjoys suing government entities who abuse their power. Matt is also a high school basketball coach at Flagstaff High School with a background in outdoor education. Matt has also been and Adjunct Professor at Northern Arizona University in Business Law.
Jeremy DeConcini
Attorney Licensed in California and Arizona
Jeremy graduated from Salpointe High School in Tucson, Arizona, and received his Bachelors degree from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine Law. Jeremy studied Spanish in Mexico and International Law in Spain, Ireland and Barbados.
Jeremy was admitted to the California Bar in 2002, the Arizona Bar in 2011, obtained a California Real Estate Brokers License in 2004, and an Arizona Real Estate Brokers License in 2008.
A former Federal Agent, Jeremy worked primarily in undercover weapons smuggling and non-proliferation, as well as anti-terrorism and narcotics efforts for the US Department of Homeland Security. Jeremy has also been trained in outdoor emergency medicine with the National Ski Patrol, and worked as a SCUBA diver in the environmental field, surveying the California Coast for invasive species. Jeremy is currently an Adjunct Professor at Northern Arizona University in Business Law.
